For Footloose, my company had an unexpected challenge. With one director/teacher out on maternity leave, I was charged with stepping up in both after-school rehearsals and in-class instruction time as I was a TA in three theatre classes.

To keep actors accountable and organized I created sign-off sheets. Actors can not leave after a run-through or show until signed off.

For rehearsals we use the checklists below that I created while cleaning up and at the end of each rehearsal must be given to a Stage Manager to be kept. Each crew can not leave rehearsals until their checklist has been completed and turned in.
